These terms and conditions and obligations of Users are binding on all Intellectual Partnerships Consulting Limited Corporate University Blueprint Profiler Users.

Section 1. Terms and Conditions of Usage of the Intellectual Partnerships Consulting Limited Corporate University Blueprint Profiler Process
By using the Intellectual Partnerships Consulting Limited Corporate University Blueprint Profiler you agree as a User to the terms and all the conditions set out in this document.
LICENSE
You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the Blueprint and you agree to prevent unauthorised copying of the Blueprint. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Blueprint. You may not sublicense use of the Blueprint.
The design, data and information contained within the IPC Ltd Blueprint is provided in connection with the authorised usage of the Blueprint. No license, express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted by this document.
Except as provided in IPC Ltd’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, IPC Ltd assumes no liability whatsoever and IPC Ltd disclaims any express or implied warranty relating to sale and/or use of IPC Ltd products including liability or warranties relating to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or infringement of any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right.
IPC Ltd may make any changes to specifications and process descriptions at any time, without notice. Copies of any documents or other IPC Ltd literature, may be obtained from IPC Ltd at the address below:

OWNERSHIP OF BLUEPRINT PROCESS & COPYRIGHTS
Title to all copies of the Blueprint remains with IPC Ltd according to the
Intellectual Property Rights and Obligations set out in Section 2 of this
document. The Blueprint is copyrighted and protected by the laws of the United
Kingdom and other countries, and international treaty provisions. You may not
remove any copyright notices from the Blueprint. IPC Ltd may make changes to
the Blueprint, or to items referenced therein, at any time without notice, but
is not obligated to support or update the Blueprint. Except as otherwise
expressly provided, IPC Ltd grants no express or implied right under
Intellectual Partnerships Consulting Limited patents, devices, copyrights,
trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall IPC Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information arising out of the use of or inability to use the Blueprint, even if IPC Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
CESSATION OF USAGE
IPC Ltd may terminate this usage of the Blueprint at any time if you violate the terms and conditions as defined in this document. Upon termination, you will immediately cease usage of the Blueprint.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
The Blueprint is provided without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. IPC Ltd does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Blueprint.
APPLICABLE LAWS
Claims arising under the terms and conditions contained within this document shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. IPC Ltd is not obligated under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an authorised representative of IPC Ltd.
Section 2. Intellectual Property Rights and Obligations of the Intellectual Partnerships Consulting Limited
The underlying rights of IPC Ltd, means devices, trademarks and service marks whether or not registered, copyrights, design rights whether or not registered, moral rights, patents, performance rights, database rights, broadcasting rights, internet domain names, internet rights, WAP, 3G Mobile telephone wireless or other new media rights, names, logos and codes, rights of publicity, and/or privacy or any other intellectual property rights that may subsist or be capable of registration in respect of the originator IPC Ltd.
The entire copyright and all similar rights, including future copyright, the right to register trade marks or service marks and the right to register designs and design rights, throughout the world in works of any description produced, originated, conceived, written or made by IPC Ltd will vest in and belong to IPC Ltd absolutely throughout the world for the full periods of protection available in law throughout the world including all renewals and extensions.
Users of the Blueprint anywhere in the world and at any time will at IPC Ltd’s request promptly disclose to IPC Ltd all related works and will do everything including executing documents that may be required by the company to register, assure, defend or protect the rights of IPC Ltd in all works.
Users of the Blueprint hereby irrevocably authorise IPC Ltd to appoint a person to execute any documents and to do everything necessary to effect the obligations of the Users under the terms, conditions and obligations set out in this document on behalf of the Users.
For the purposes of this Users’ authorisation the User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives in favour of IPC Ltd any moral rights conferred on them by the Copyright Act in respect of any Inventions or Works in which the copyright is vested in IPC Ltd.
AGREEMENT TO OBLIGATIONS
By signing in to use the IPC Ltd Blueprint as an authorised User with a Username and password you automatically agree to the terms and conditions and intellectual property rights and obligations contained in this document.
